LA MIRADA, CA - The Stanton Men's Tennis team faced a tough challenge in their season opener against Biola University. While the Eagles took the team win, the match was highlighted by a resilient victory from Matthias Bigot at the top of the singles ladder.

Singles Highlights

Matthias Bigot (Win): After a tight 4-6 first set, Bigot's conditioning wore down his opponent, forcing a retirement in the second.
Sebastian Koster: Battled through a three-set thriller (4-6, 6-4), narrowly falling 8-10 in a high-stakes tiebreaker.
Egor Pishchelev: Started strong with a dominant 6-2 opening set but eventually fell 4-6, 2-6.
